This was one of the most celebrated of New York’s landmarks. The church can accommodate close to 3000 people. The architectural features of the windows mesmerises everyone. It is work from artists all over the Europe. The Altar was another stunning feature of the church, designed by Roman artist Paolo Medici. We spent a good amount of time inside the church; the vibes and aura of the place were indescribable. The peace we felt inside the church made us so relax and calm that we wanted to spend more time inside.
My favourite part of the church was the Pipe organs. It has two pipe organs, Gallery organ and the Chancell organ. The St Patrick’s church is a must do spot whenever in New York City. The exterior of the church looks gorgeous since its completely sandblasted. Best view of the church that I found was when we walked up to the altar and looked towards the back of the church to see the windows, organs and vaulting.
I personally rate St Patrick’s Church as the most beautiful location of New York City. I am very happy that I saved the visit to the exotic church for the final day. It was very holy and an awe inspiring place. Regardless of whether you are Catholic or not, do visit the cathedral to experience the divine vibes of the place.
The trip to New York had been a successful one. We visited many amazing places and it was now time to wind up our schedule and head back home.
