How Should You Start?
The dish is simply awesome and the preparation technique is also very simple. All you have to do is add coconut, cumin seeds, green chilies, turmeric, salt, garlic, ginger, mint leaves, salt and coriander into the mixer and grind them well. Form a smooth paste by adding required water to the paste.
Cut onions into small pieces and fry them in hot oil with garlic-ginger paste, cardamom, cinnamon, dried red chilies and salt. Add the paste you already made in your mixer. Sauté the mix until it turns golden brown or till the oil separates from the rest of the paste, whichever is earlier.
Add the chicken pieces into the paste formed and add curry leaves to it. Fry it for some time and then pressure cook until 1 whistle. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot!
